We’re the beauty detectives proving those products actually work, so you can trust they’ll work for you too!

What’s a Clinical Study?

What’s Bioinstrumentation?

Choosing Your Squad Missions:

You’re the captain of your beauty journey! Browse our study options on our website. Just remember, you gotta fit the mission parameters (age group, skin type, etc.) and only join studies that spark your inner scientist (and pay you!). No pressure, just pick your faves and get ready for some beauty bootcamp adventures!

Products You’ll Test:

From cleansers that feel like silk to serums that turn your skin into a radiant wow look, you’ll get to test all the goodies! Makeup mavens will dabble with concealers that banish blemishes and lipsticks that make your smile legendary. Haircare heroes? We’ve got shampoos that turn frizz into fabulous smooth hair and masks that transform your mane into a silk symphony. It’s basically the VIP ticket to the coolest club in town – the Innovia Squad!

Product Safety:

Your safety is our top priority, always! We only work with products developed for consumer use and that have gone through rigorous testing. Think of us as your beauty force field, ensuring everything you try is safe and sound.

Photos and Privacy:

Before-and-after pics can be fun for showing off your glow but if you prefer no photos — you can always say “no thanks” to a mission that requires photos. We have plenty of Squad missions that don't require photos! Your comfort is our priority, no pressure, just pure beauty fun!

Do you have an incentive for referring friends and family?

Share the beauty love and get rewarded! Refer a friend to the Innovia Squad, and when they complete their first study, you’ll receive $25! It's our way of saying thank you for growing our Squad fam.

Joining the Squad:

Join the Squad with an email address.

Once you have joined The Squad, a welcome email will be sent.
You will be asked to provide your Name, Date of Birth, and a Photo to Deborah (934) 235-2610.

Requesting a Mission:

All Missions are available on the website under UPCOMING MISSIONS.

You MUST meet the criteria ( photo must be submitted for client approval)
When viewing missions -please note you MUST COMMIT to ALL dates and ALL times of the study (no exceptions)
When a study offers “Group 1” “Group 2” etc. it is required you are available for ALL DATES in your chosen group

Day of Mission:

ANY time you visit the lab, you MUST come with a clean face, void of creams, moisturizers, serums and make up.

If your Mission requires PHOTOS (most do) please be PREPARED to pull your hair back away from your face (no exceptions) and REMOVE jewelry and piercings.
Missions are run BY APPOINTMENT. If you are running late, PLEASE CONTACT THE LAB to ensure your spot is not given away (631) 205-6533.

MISSION DENIED:

We at Innovia work diligently with our clients and panelists.

As a Panelist you MAY NOT PARTICIPATE in any MISSIONS if:

You are on ANY other MISSION
You are PREGNANT or LACTATING
You are UNDER CARE of a PHYSICIAN for a condition affecting the TESTING AREA
You apply any TOPICAL MEDICATION to the TESTING AREA
You are taking any STEROID or RETINOID that affects TESTING AREA
