Joining the Squad:

  • Join the Squad with an email address.

  • Once you have joined The Squad, a welcome email will be sent.

  • You will be asked to provide your Name, Date of Birth, and a Photo to Deborah (934) 235-2610.

Requesting a Mission:

All Missions are available on the website under UPCOMING MISSIONS.

  • You MUST meet the criteria ( photo must be submitted for client approval) 

  • When viewing missions -please note you MUST COMMIT to ALL dates and ALL times of the study (no exceptions)

  • When a study offers “Group 1” “Group 2” etc. it is required you are available for ALL DATES in your chosen group 

  • Contact Deborah (934) 235-2610 to schedule appointment

Day of Mission:

ANY time you visit the lab, you MUST come with a clean face, void of creams, moisturizers, serums and make up.​

  • If your Mission requires PHOTOS (most do) please be PREPARED to pull your hair back away from your face (no exceptions) and REMOVE jewelry and piercings.

  • Missions are run BY APPOINTMENT. If you are running late, PLEASE CONTACT THE LAB to ensure your spot is not given away 631 355 7054

Mission Denied:

We at Innovia work diligently with our clients and panelists. As a Panelist you MAY NOT PARTICIPATE in any MISSIONS if:

  • You are on ANY other MISSION

  • You are PREGNANT or LACTATING

  • You are UNDER CARE of a PHYSICIAN for a condition affecting the TESTING AREA

  • You apply any TOPICAL MEDICATION to the TESTING AREA

  • You are taking any STEROID or RETINOID that affects TESTING AREA
