STUDY FULL: Eye Cream (Study 25-50)

Panelist Criteria:

Age: Females 35 - 55

Skin Type: All skin tones. Under Eye Puffiness, Eye Lines/Wrinkles, Dark Circles.

Study Participation Requirements

Please review the following requirements carefully before enrolling in the study:

• Arrive WITH NO MAKEUP on face

• Can not participate if on any other study

• Must be Ok with Visia photos

• Not pregnant or lactating

• Not taking any steroids or using topical medicated ointments on face

• Not under a physician’s care for any condition affecting the testing site

• Must commit to appointment times

Study Requirements: 4 Visits (60 minutes each visit)

Instructions:

1. Arrive with no makeup applied to your face

2. At the lab:

   • You will apply the provided product to your face on-site.

   
   

Study Visits: 4 visits. You must have a confirmed appointment time.

Select Time Between  7:00am-11:30am Or 1:30pm-4:00pm

Visit 1 Tuesday September 16

Visit 2 Tuesday September 23

Visit 3 Tuesday October 7

Visit 4 Tuesday October 14
