Mission: Eye Cream (Study 25-97A)

Thank you for agreeing to participate in 25-97. Per our client’s request, we wish to inform you of the following changes and updates-

Revised 25-97 Visit Dates:

• Visit 1 Thursday December 11

• Visit 2 Friday December 12

• Visit 3 Wednesday December 17

• Visit 4 Thursday January 8

• Visit 5 Thursday February 5

• Visit 6 Thursday March 5

In light of the additional visit, the total compensation has been adjusted to $250.

Panelist Criteria:

Age: Males and females 35-65

Skin Type: All

Skin Concerns: Dark circles. Puffiness. Crow’s feet.

Ethnicity: All

Testing Site: Eye

Compensation: $250

Study Specifics:

• Must be ok with professional/Visia photos

• Must maintain the same look throughout the study (lashes, lips, eyebrows, etc.)

• Can not have facial piercings

• Can not have tattoos on testing site

Review the following requirements carefully before requesting to join the study:

• Can not participate if on any other face study

• Must not be pregnant or lactating

• Must not taking any steroids or using topical medicated ointments on testing site

• Not under a physician’s care for any condition affecting the testing site

• Must commit to all appointment times. Dates are not flexible.

• This study requires 6 visits

• Must stop use of all eye cream 3 days prior to study

  
  

Instructions:

• Arrive with no makeup on your face

• Do not use any skincare (lotion, serum, SPF) on the testing site prior to your lab visit

• At the lab, you will apply the provided product to the testing site

• Can not wash face for 24 hours after application

Study Visits: 6 Visits. You must have a confirmed appointment time.

Select time between 7:00AM - 11:30AM OR 1:30PM - 4:30PM
